First Step FastTrac® Workshop Series Offered March 16 – June 1

March 3, 2011

If you’ve dreamed of owning your business, here’s the help you need to assess your business idea ‘s feasibility and learn what steps you need to take to get it off the ground. Developed by the Kauffman Foundation for Entrepreneurship, The First Step FastTrac® 12-week series was specifically designed to help first-time entrepreneurs understand the processes, requirements, risks, and rewards of business ownership so they can make their dreams come true.

Enthusiasm and hard work are not enough to guarantee success if you haven’t determined the viability of your ideas. This program takes you through the process to do it. When finished you’ll know whether your business is a “go” or “no go”. Before you quit your job, invest your savings, or borrow money to start your business, look at it from every angle to be sure your idea has merit and the potential for success. With the help of the SCORE presenters and one-on-one coaching throughout the course, you’ll be able to avoid pitfalls and make intelligent decisions.
